  • Riders must wear hats of equivalent of higher safety rating of BSI kite mark to PAS015 or British Standard. BSEN 1384 with chinstrap at all times whilst mounted. Body protectors are highly recommended to be worn whilst mounted. All those wishing to use the Cross Country Course are advised to wear appropriate protective equipment in accordance with the British Eventing guidelines, principally hard hats to current British Standards, body protectors and boots with heels.

  • No rider under 16 years is allowed on the course without an accompanying adult. It is recommended that adult riders do not ride unaccompanied.

  • All Dogs to be kept on leads at all times.

  • Report any damage or broken fences immediately.

  • The course may be closed from time to time, especially when wet and is usually closed October to April.

  • Please leave the course as you find it, take home all litter, straw and droppings in parking area.

  • Please park Lorries and trailers in the signed area opposite the livery yard car park.

  • Racing is forbidden

  • Obey walking only and any other signs

  • Keep to marked tracks and respect growing crops

  • Always give way to pedestrians on public footpaths
